This is not a yoga retreat (although there will definitely be daily opportunities for that) this is first and foremost a SELF-CARE retreat and we are designing it specifically for YOU. Airplane Landing Sunset

Arrival and Departure

Official retreat begins with dinner on Sunday Sept 12th and ends with breakfast on Sunday Sept 19th. Due to the majority of airlines arriving late in the afternoon, we will have group accommodations on Saturday Sept 11th and Sunday Sept 19th in San Jose. Please book your flight in and out of SJO.

What's Not Included

  • Airfare to and from SJO

  • Optional flight from SJO to Limón (this is about $100 each way and an option if the shuttle ride is not your jam).

Accommodations

Rooms are available for both single and double occupancy. One queen bed and one twin bed are provided for each room.

We will be staying at Tierra de Sueńos Wellness and Retreat on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. You can discover more about their space here.

  • 10% Early Bird Discount if booked by Jan 1, 2027 and paid in full by March 1,2027.
