Cancellation Policy

please note there is a 24 hour cancelation policy. you may cancel or reschedule your session anytime before then. if you need to cancel or reschedule after 24 hours, please contact us. in some emergency cases, with at least 12 hours notice, clients will be allowed to reschedule. any cancelation occurring after that 12 hour window will be charged the full service fee. thank you for understanding!
