What does that mean, your intutive self? Everyone has an intuitive element to them. Most of us have effectively learned to tap it down as we've gotten older. Why? It just didn't fit into our western culture of how we operate. Our westen culture is mostly about rationalism and logic (living in our head).
By contrast, intuitiveness is held in high regard by other cultures. Among them, Native Americans, Abriginal Australians, along with Africa, India, and Japan all come to mind.

As we move through life a little less in our heads and trusting more in what our bodies are feeling and our heart is saying, we can begin to trust a little less in the 'powers that be' and a bit more in what we know is right for ourselves.
Is there an area in your life where you have giving your power away to other 'percieived' authhority, doing what you've been told rather than what feels right to you? Can you make movements towards what feels right, trusting your intuitive self? It's Self-Care.
If you need support please let us know. We have many resources to share.
